Air bnb pods in garden

Options
I run an air bnb from my hone but have a large garden and would like to put several pods in there for a airbnb self-contained units which would be a type that was movable from the site
Would I need Planning permission? 
Can I connect them to mains water and electricity? 
Any other info gratefully received

    Yes, you would need planning permission.  This is isn't use ancillary to the main house and despite being movable, you're not moving them.  

    There would be some degree of building regulations compliance required as well if you are running electricity, water and waste.  
    Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
