Hi new to this forum. I have been reading up a bit but I am fairly clueless and would appreciate some advice. I have 25k saved in an AJ Bell Lisa. At present none of it is invested. I would like some tips on where to start. Ps I’m not risk adverse.

When you say you have £25k in a LISA, is this held within a Cash LISA or a Stocks & Shares (S&S) LISA?
If it’s currently in a Cash LISA, you’ll need to transfer it to a S&S LISA before you can invest it."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

OP says "25k saved in an AJ Bell Lisa", therefore S&S!george4064 said:When you say you have £25k in a LISA, is this held within a Cash LISA or a Stocks & Shares (S&S) LISA?

Thanks! Just seems odd to somehow end up with £25k uninvested in a S&S LISA.eskbanker said:

Agreed, but maybe that's my fault - when OP posted about getting started with a S&S LISA 4.5 years ago (with a 40th birthday looming) I recommended "opening a S&S LISA now with a token amount just to do so while still 39, and then plan investing strategy in more detail at leisure", but hadn't expected that last comment to be taken quite so literally!george4064 said:
