Please help! After several months, I have recieved this in the post and don’t know what it means! I presume the MINUTE is the attached consent order, and the letter (see attached pic) is what I have recieved back from the courts. All they sent with this was copies of the submitted paperwork. I can’t make heads nor tailed of whether this means they have set the CCJ aside, or whether they mean the original CCJ stands (which is not attached in the documents they sent me). Please note that the page saying that it should be set aside by consent etc is my application where me and the claimant signed and sent to the court for application to set aside. The other photo is the response I have recieved.
Oh my lord so stressful! Would appreciate anyones feedback on this. Thanks in advance

On a further note (less important) can I go after Experian - I never recieved any documents about the CCJ as it went to an address I had not lived at for 18 months, indeed I only because aware of it when I received an Experian mtpidxtaion saying my credit score had changed. I discovered the CCJ when I logged in and it was day 30 since it was issued. Experian was showing an amount of £291 and I phoned them, phoned Northampton county court to find out how the creditor was (this took hours!) and when I found out the claimant I called their automated payment line (they were closed) and paid the £291. When I called the next day for a receipt, the CCJ and not been cleared because the amount outstanding was £291…and SIX PENCE. I paid the six pence. But this was on day 31, and it was due to this that I then had to pay a solicitor to do all the stuff to then apply to get the CCJ aside. Surely Experian should not round down, if they’re going to round the number they should have rounded UP because then none of this would have happened. Surely they are liable here?0

You have applied for the judgement to be set aside, and it appears that your application was successful.
Although the grammar used is atrocious to say the least -
"that it do stand as the order of this court" ugh.
To satisfy your mind, give the court a ring, or better still email them, they should be able to confirm, in laymen's terms, what the outcome was.
You have no recourse from Experian, its not a tool to be used if you want a live and accurate snapshot of your outstanding balance, that should only come from the creditor concerned.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thank you for your response! It’s been REALLY badly worded. The suspense of waiting to call people tomorrow is ruining my day off!! I’ve waited months for this 😐☹️😡0

Would love to know if anyone else has had a CCJ set aside by consent, and if so, whether this is how it was worded to give me some relief!0
