Just to update, POPLA appeal successful. Point #1 was sufficient - relevant land not satisfactorily identified:

'I can’t accept that this met the requirements of POFA in terms of specifying the relevant land, given there are likely several different XX Streets throughout the country, as well as multiple different premises or addresses situated on each.'

Thanks everyone for your help with this.
    Great stuff!

Can you please add it to POPLA DECISIONS?

And please come back often enough to take part in the final private parking Public Consultation:

    Nice one, well done. 👍

Not a common POPLA reasoning for upholding an appeal. Well worth others trying this point of vague address as many NtKs can be argued as similarly lacking detail.
Thanks. It was exceptionally vague though on this occasion! It basically just said 'Green Lane' (not the actual name), no town, address, retail park/land, nothing else!

Presumably they got the colour right? 😄
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
