It does have two drives. It's an Intel NUC from 2016

One of the HDD is a Crucial BX100 2.5 SSD 250GB

    The other is a

    Samsung MZVPV256HDGL-00000 - SM951 256GB M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe Solid State Drive

Using AIDA64 it seems the Samsung is being detected but not the Crucial.

Yep, so as per my earlier comment, Disk 0 will be the BX100.

Personally I'd whip the lid off, reseat all the cables to see if it is something simple and then test in an external caddy before sending it for recycling.

BX100 was an early model, potentially up to 7 years old now so likely just expired as they do.

If there is no joy then replace and restore the data from one of your backup copies.

Very strange. Yesterday I took the Crucial SSD out and plugged it back in again but that didnt work.

Today I took the Crucial out and put it in a USB caddy, and put the old 120GB ADATA SSD from the caddy in the NUC. Now they are both working!
