PCN sent to an incomplete address.

Hi all,
Just wanted to share my situation and hopefully get some help.
I received a DRP letter on 26/5/22 demanding 170£ for a parking fine. The parking charge date quoted is 09/01/20. I have not received any PCN or had any correspondence regarding this until the DRP letter.
I requested the details of the parking penalty from Euro Car Parks and they emailed me the PCN letters + photos of the vehicle entering and exiting the car park. I immediately noticed that the address on the letters was incomplete (missing the apartment number). Therefore, I never received them or heard about this offence up until the DRP letter.
Furthermore, I did not even park at the location. There is a hand car wash located inside the car park which I used on that occasion.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Complain to the BPA about both issues.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
