    Add the tendancy to pocket customer's money without bothering to apply it to their account, and yes, that sums it up! :lol:

    Yes - my worry is that they will end up with a lot of customers in JUST that position - possibly those who most need the ability to be able to make manual payments to topo-up accounts as and when they can afford to do so, and those people will simply see any money they pay across separately to their monthly DD vanish into a black hole. 

    Genuinely would suggest anyone looking to switch to them avoids like the plague.
