Ticketmaster tickets

I purchased tickets over 1 year ago with ticketmaster choosing the e-ticket option only to realise I was out the country with a rescheduled covid trip. 
I contacted ticketmaster to ask if it was ok for anyone to use the tickets and allow me to send a PDF to them seeing as though I wont be in the country and they responded to confirm this was ok. 
fast forward 1 year - i posted the tickets for sale on Viagogo close to face value price and the sale was confirmed. Now 7 days before the concert Viagogo are giving me a deadline to upload with days. Ticketmaster are saying the tickets aren't available yet and when they are - they can only be printed at home, or name transferred online (after researching seems they do this purposely to avoid individuals mass reselling lots of tickets at once for profit) Obviously i can't do this as Viagogo cant share buyer details with me 
I feel as though I have been mislead by A/ Ticketmaster for telling me last year what  i wanted to do is ok as well as not releasing the tickets until the 11th hour / not to mention not allowing me to email / pdf an eticket!
2/ Viagogo should of known this is a common issue of e-tickets being withheld to sometimes hours prior to the event but still allowing me to post the tickets/giving me deadlines to upload them. They extended the deadline for 3 days before the concert but told me by sellers guarantee wont be extended. 
Now i run the risk of not being able to sell my tickets worth over £300 for 2 (golden circle) and Viagogo charging me again for the similar price due to not being able to upload in time.
Wondering if i cancel my credit card if this could stop Viagogo coming at me for money

Cancelling the card might not stop them getting their money. Odds on they already have the authorisation to take it.

But why did you not use ticketmasters own resale of tickets?

I bet ticketmaster did not think you meant to resell them to a unknown 3rd party, only pass to a family member or friend...
