It's gone up since your post on the 24th. At least on my quote it says Electricity 43.502p and Standing Charge 22.278p with Gas 12.763p and Standing Charge 25.576p.I'm on the Welcome Together tariff:Gas tariff costs

Both unit rates are already higher than the current predicted 51% increase.

If there are no further increases to the predicted cap it is not worth it. So it is more expensive, you have to pay more for three months, and a decrease is predicted for April.
Standing charges are much lower, if you an extremely low user you need to have a closer look looking at your usage to compare.1
