You could click on the numbers and it states of owned by private individual or council for example?

I use this oneThe default option is to enter just enter a postcode but if you look below there is an option to search by map and then enter a street name or postcode to identify the area

Are you thinking of Nimbus? They withdrew their free access sometime last year.

I think it's Nimbus too. It was never going to be free forever, but it was quite a good free lunch while it lasted!
