Do you have the bills and closing account prior to 03 December? Do the meter readings match the opening reading used by BG? Alternatively a bill from June 2021 would support your annual kWh consumption. There is a credit of £161.72 on your BG bill, so there has been a calculation somewhere.0

Before BG, I was with Neon Reef for a short time before they went into administration. They never sent me a final bill. Maybe this has something to do with it. If this was the case, you’d have thought BG would have told me so !Yup, you may well have cracked the case. I never suspected meter reads could be moved to a new supplier months later. Very surprised they didn’t inform me but hey ho, I’m satisfied that’s probably what the issue was.
