Anybody had any issues with Equifax?

I check my three reports every year or so using the basic methods having a few issues obtaining the Equifax version for the last two years though.
I have exhausted the methods of getting the Equifax one, the online system seems to be full of bugs and twice they claim to have sent my file out in paper form which i have not received. I worry if my reports were even stolen in the post as i can't get confirmation that they actually sent them.
Online reports suggest they are the worst reference agency but should i consider clearscore or mse club to get a quick look at this report?

You can access it via Clearscore.
MSE Club uses Experian.
If you believe they are the 'worst' CRA, whatever that may mean, then it's even more important to check the data.2 -
Best practice is to check data from all 3 CRAs - Experian, Equifax and TransUnion - on a regular basis. Lenders may not check all 3 CRAs when you apply for credit, which makes it very important to ensure all 3 are up-to-date with correct info. If you don't check one (or more) then there could be issues you don't know about which could cause declines.
You can request copies of your reports for free directly from the CRAs by requesting a "statutory credit report". Alternatively you can use MSE Credit Club (Experian), Clearscore (Equifax) and Credit Karma (TransUnion) to get access for free as well.0 -

Equifax has always been buggy for me - your experience doesn't surprise me, but as stated above - you can get your Equifax data via Clearscore which is free. Download the app, sign up, and you should be good to see it pretty quickly.0

‘Credability’ is now also a new and free contender on the market who work with Equifax.
As is ‘TotallyMoney’ which use TransUnion.
Plenty of free providers to choose from to regularly review your reports.
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £51,300)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
Mortgage Outstanding - £138,087.38 (Payment 11/360)
Total Debt = £1,125.00 (0%APR) @ £112.50pm0 -
Clear Score, Credit Karma and MSE Credit Club are the only ones to use as they are the official free front end for the CRAs, don't start using third parties if you can avoid it0
