Party wall enclosure cost

I’m trying to figure current enclosure costs. Can anyone let me know the current rate per sq metre for building a party wall in Greater London. Would this include vat and all labour and prep work etc.? Thanks

I presume this is for an older property where there is no wall in the loft between houses.

Correct. Loft is being converted so the wall needs to be raised and extended back. Neither house have an extension currently so a party wall needs to be built.0
