GHIC application turn around time

I'm not in a rush at all but just wondering what the actual turn around time is currently for receiving a GHIC? I know it's prime holiday season so the system is likely jammed, just curious.

They are free so there's no advantage in leaving it until just before you plan to travel.1 -
