Bad practice from Tesco Mobile

I got no joy from Customer Services and have sent two emails to the CEO with no response.You do realise that this thread is 6 months old?Your "credit rating" (as seen on your CRA report) is utterly meaningless and bears no resemblance to how a lender will assess you.FWIW, I took out a SIM-only contract with Tesco Mobile about a year ago, paid by CC, with no issues whatsoever.
