Great news but I just wish that they would raise the 20K limit
At least the loyalty bond offers - 2.7% to August 2023 and 3% to August 2024 are reasonable.

Are they worth a punt or is it better to hold out for further increases in base rates?

...not sure if anybody really knows? I am leaving things as they are at th mo and see what happens in another few weeks. There are some 12 month fixed rate accounts that pay monthly interest which are starting to tempt me a little.

I just opted for the 2.7% one, I had another account (it's changed names from what it was originally but it was one which allow x withdrawals a year so I've basically just moved my money in that account to this new one as the account matures/renews in October anyway.  The interest rate has been going up but is current 1.4%, going to 1.5% next month but decided to fix it for 1 year in the 2.7% and see where things are then.  I'm also adding a small sum of money to it, setup the payment and transferred £1 just to test and make sure it works but it hasn't arrived yet so will check tomorrow/Monday and see if it has arrived, I've got 14 days to pay in at least anyway so no immediate hurry.

Also got a RS with them which runs out similar time, don't think I'm going to bother renewing that though.

Thanks to both. The extra for the 2 year option hardly seems worth it.

What really disappoints me with the Coventry is their ISA rates which appears to have stagnated.
