Did you make an enquiry with them?  It looks scammy to me so I'd avoid, and make a claim with HMRC yourself.

My accountant charges me £240 for my personal accounts.  So, not sure why you would want to employ unregulated and usually unqualified people to do the work at a higher cost.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

I did make an enquiry and when I queried sending bank details I got this back.

I now fear this may be a clone scam.

There is a website for a firm called DBA Accounting Solutions.  It has that logo.   However, spot the missing s at the end.  Plus, the Accounting Solutions font is different on the website.

There is a DBA Accounting Solutions Ltd at companies house and the name matches with the director but a scammer would look to keep as much as similar as possible.

Still amazes me that people will want to use some potentially dodgy 3rd party claims company, who require a fee to be paid to them, to re-claim things you can easily do yourself, despite the pages and pages of bad press there are on such companies.

If you have an online personal tax account with HMRC, you can download all the forms, and make any kind of claim you wish, nothing to pay for this service, you just need to register through Government gateway.

Alternatively, the forms are all available online, you just need to fill them in, and post them to HMRC, again, at no fee.

If your a business, they usually use an accountant for such things, but as an individual, just do it yourself and save all the hassle and your own money to boot.
