• Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change or other amends, are the winner’s responsibility to pay.
• The winner is responsible for getting to any departure points (for flights etc), in time for security checks and the check-in procedures on the day of departure. Travel costs to airports are at the winner’s own expense.
• The following exclusions apply: The prize does not include travel insurance, passport or visa costs, any applicable taxes not included in the price of the ticket, personal spending money or any other costs of a personal nature not stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• All travel must be completed before the expiry date and no extension of validity will be made.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. This prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

• The prize must be taken as stated within the competition terms and conditions and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
• If the prize is not claimed by the expiry date stated, the prize will be forfeited and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize winner is solely responsible for declaring details of any award provided under the promotion to HMRC and for paying any tax liability which may arise.

• Entries can only be submitted online via the competition entry on Wanderlust’s website. Entrants must enter a valid name and email address.
• Entry is free and open to residents of aged 18 or over who submit a valid entry to the competition.
• The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.

• Incomplete, fraudulent, multiple or spam entries will be disallowed.
• Any Entrant may be disqualified from this Competition at the discretion of the Promoter or Provider for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or cheating in any way such as: using any cheats, hacks or other 3rd party "helper" applications or “bots” to simulate human interaction; exploiting the application in any way or using the application in any way that circumvents the purpose and conditions of the Competition. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.

In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. This also applies to any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation, or if travel would be contrary to UK Foreign Office advice, or if circumstances arise outside of its control that prevent the implementation of the prize.
• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (for example but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes) beyond the control of the Promoter or Provider which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, both parties reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. Both parties also reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who they deem to have breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
