• Entry is not open to employees (or members of their families) of Wanderlust or CEWE.

• Each prize winner will receive: X2 flight to anywhere in the world where you can fly non-stop from London, plus any CEWE PHOTOBOOK(s) to the amount of £100 including supplements, postage and packaging.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. The prize has no equivalent monetary value.  

• Prize is subject to availability and and CEWE and Wanderlust reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

• The prize is valid for London departures and on direct flights only.

• Blackout dates apply from 23 December 2022 - 3 January 2023; from 6 April - 10 April 2023; and from Friday 22 December 2023 - Tuesday 2 January 2024.
• It is the responsibility of the winner/s to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary vaccinations or applicable visas for their trip. No responsibility will be taken if the winner/s are unable to travel due to insufficient documentation.

• Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel.

• Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change or other amends, are the winner’s responsibility to pay.
• The winner is responsible for getting to any departure points (for flights etc), in time for security checks and the check-in procedures on the day of departure. Travel costs to airports are at the winner’s own expense.
• The following exclusions apply: The prize does not include travel insurance, passport or visa costs, any applicable taxes not included in the price of the ticket, personal spending money or any other costs of a personal nature not stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The winners will be chosen at random.
• The Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to contact the winners using the contact details supplied upon entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 business days of the first notification, the winner forfeits their right to claim the prize. The Promoter shall not be responsible should a winner provide incorrect contact details.

• If a winner is unable to take up their prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.

• The Promoter, Prize Providers and any associated third party accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion or the winners’ enjoyment of the prize, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

• The Promoter (Wanderlust Travel Media) is based in the UK and the competition prize will be delivered under the terms of the UK’s laws and regulations. By entering this competition and ticking to accept the competition terms and conditions, entrants from outside the UK agree that The Promoter and Prize Providers will not accept any liability or responsibility for any extra costs or issues incurred by the entrant not being a resident of the UK. This includes, but is not limited to: any non-UK taxes that may apply in the entrant’s country of residence (such as taxes on competition prizes); any additional travel costs incurred in order to undertake the prize as not already specified as being part of the prize; any differences in exchange rates; any visa implications for travelling via the UK.
