Trying to get money back from an event

Hi. We had a motorbike track week in Portugal book in 2020 which obviously got cancelled. It was re-booked for 2021 which was cancelled again and each time they only gave vouchers and wouldn’t refund cash hence why we re-booked. Didn’t want to book aboard again so they agreed we could book track days in uk. Booked a track day for July this and they have cancelled again saying they are not doing track days in this uk anymore and will review next year but they are only extending our vouchers for six month December 2022. So we asked again we want our money back and no more vouchers as we can’t use them before December 2022. If anyone can give us some advice where to go for help with this please.
