Non-working electricity meter
I have discovered my electricity smart meter is no longer showing a reading and appears to have stopped sending readings to my supplier (Bulb) 2 weeks ago. Having informed them they seem to not be concerned at all. I'm very concerned at not being able to track my usage. Does any one know of the legal obligations etc here? I'm at a loss to know how they are going to charge me correctly ( estimated I guess) if it's not repaired/replaced. Any thoughts and advice?

https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1989/29/schedule/7 Electricity Act 1989, schedule 7, 10 (2). The supplier is responsible for maintaining the meter in a working state.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
