PCN and 14 day rule

Why didn't you just carry on with stage 2 appeal and wait and see if the POPLA appeal was won or lost? It was the same £100 in play all through.
There was no point at all in paying. You've been scammed.
If today was the last day to pay at the bribe/discount level, then I would email a complaint to the BPA. They might at least be able to get the extra £40 refunded as a 'goodwill gesture' (LOL) as this was day 14.
Should not have paid this at all. It wasn't a fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It was a mistake to pay it (at any level) and utterly unnecessary. I wish more people knew this.
Do the BPA complaint to try to get £40 back.
Come back at least to get revenge, make a real difference for the future and do the Govt Public Consultation...see top thread by MSE_JCPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
