According to the Countdown timer and the T&C's, the comp ends on 21st August at 12 noon EST.
This would make it 21/08 at 5PM in UK.

As this is an American run competition, any UK winner MAY be liable for import duty and VAT if the prize is supplied from the US.
The general terms also state "Sponsor or Affiliate will ship the Prize to Winner without insurance or tracking, unless requested (and paid for in advance) by Winner".
