Equifax statutory report?

Recently checked my free statutory credit report online for Experian and Transunion free of charge and without signing up to a subscription and then cancelling.
I am however having issues with Equifax as i can't seem to create an account or request my paper report without being told to phone them up all the time, i don't want to phone them to avoid a sales pitch i just want to simply check like i did the other two in minutes.
Without having to join any clubs any idea what the easiest way is, this agency seems the most difficult by far!

If you're having trouble passing the ID checks, then phoning them would be the quickest way to resolve it.
Are you going through Clearscore or direct to Equifax.1 -
Going direct to the Equifax website, it claims i have an account but when i log-in a message comes up saying call customer services now. There is an option to download a form and send it in the post to them but seems time consuming when the other agencies allowed me to view in minutes.Deleted_User said:If you're having trouble passing the ID checks, then phoning them would be the quickest way to resolve it.

By their very nature, the CRAs need to have very strict security procedures in place - you'd be the first to complain if someone managed to access your records fraudulently! I do appreciate that phoning companies can be a bit of a pain in the rear end, especially if you have to endure 20 minutes of so-called "music" whilst on hold - but really, that's going to be your best and simplest option here.MoodyMand45 said:
