How to contact DLP by phone.

We bought several tickets over two years ago to Disney Land Pairs. (DLP). They were stand-alone tickets, IE not part of a package.
We cancelled due to covid and with things being fluid with covid and us worried we contacted DLP
who were very helpful and said come later. The tickets expired and DLP was helpful again
and said when we are ready just let them know.

However, I've been contacting them for almost two weeks via email seeking advice if we were to visit this year etc, do we need new tickets, what
do we do etc but all I am getting is automated replies "we are looking into this..."

I was hoping on taking my wife and some of the family possibly July to Sept.

We do need to know where we stand so does anyone have an English-speaking phone contact please or other ideas.

0844 numbers can be expensive, listed as 7p a minute plus your phone companies charges.
Say No to 0870 website also lists 0330 123 1644 (stand UK charges so comes out of minutes) and 0800 1690737 (freephone).

This all assumes you purchased via the English language UK website/phone.
If you purchased in France then you will need to contact them via a French phone number.

Disney Land Paris, as stated in the first line by the OP.  Fair enough they did call it Disney Land Pairs but it seems quite clear what they meant.
