Hoppa Airport Transfer Refund

Hello,
I recently had a flight to Cyprus cancelled which means I can't use my airport transfer that I booked with Hoppa.
They're asking for a letter from the airline to provide the reason that the flight was cancelled.
Just wanted to ask if anyone has had this requested from them before and what exactly the letter is supposed to look like?
Honestly, I thought because I bought the enhanced refund policy, that I wouldn't need to go through all these hoops to get a refund, but here we are...

I'll let you know what response I get.0 -
Ok, so it seems that I can claim it through the airline rather than through Hoppa.So I will try that and see how that goes. The person on the phone said it shouldn't be a problem because they're doing it for other people.0
