Company ignoring ET penalities

Options
I took my old company to employment tribunal after they breached my contract by not paying me my salary in June of last year.
I won the tribunal in December but they still did not pay. I then engaged ET penalties but so far they have ignored all letters from them.
I am now wondering what my next steps are I believe I need to obtain a written writ from the high courts than I can send out an enforcement officer to obtain the monies owed from them or goods to the amount.
However I know for a fact that they do not have any assets other than a bank account as I was the only person actually employed by the company and I worked remotely. The rest of the team including the director worked out of a different business. The business address is actually the accountants address as well.

I am not sure what to do as if I engage the enforcement officer this is going to cost me around £1000 which I do not have and I am wondering what my chances of actually getting anything if I do go down this road?
Also as basically its redundancy I'm owed can I claim this anywhere else as they are not in liquidation?

If the company has no assets how is it supposed to pay you anything?  This may be one fight that you have to walk away from rather than throw money at it with no chance of success.

I think you need to get some professional advice - bailiffs can only eize physical assets so I don't think that sending out an enforcement officer is going to help much, unless the sheer embarasment factor has them making a payment.

It might be possible to apply for an order (I think a third party debt order) to effectiveyl freeze their bank account but I am not sure whether this applies to a comappany account or what steps you have to go through in order to apply , so I think it's one for proper advice on how to proceed.
