Managing Agents witholding information

I am presently in the process of selling a second property which is a flat within a secure complex.
My solicitor has asked me for a couple of pieces of information regarding the Ground Rent and the Buildings Insurance.
Both of these are included within the monthly service charge paid to the Managing Agents for the development. They are refusing to release the information. However they are able to sell me a "Sellers Information Pack" which they say would include the particular details that I require for the outrageous figure of £88 !
Has anybody got any idea where I can find out the 2 details I require. These are the Name and address of the Landlord and a copy of the Buildings Insurance Policy/Schedule.

You will have the information already somewhere, these details should be on your lease or accompanying paperwork0

The landlords details are there, but there are no details of the Insurance policy.
Effectively the parasitical b#st#rds are gonna be charging me £88 for a A4 photocopy of the Insurance Schedule.   :mad:0 -
why dont you just ask for a full break down of your service charge, it should be on that,if not ask them who you apply to make an insurance claim0

Gave in in the end and stumped up the money.
Enquired about a breakdown of the Service Charge and they offered me the same "Information Pack".
Asked what would happen if I needed to make a claim on the Buildings Insurance, they said that they handle the claim in full.
Can't wait to be rid of 'em. Their costs were roughly 25% of the rent.
When they ask for details of the new owner..... should I charge 'em £88 for my "Information Pack" ?0
