Tenant Rental Exchange Initiative

Options
My adult son (35) has moved back in with me temporarily in an attempt to save money for a house deposit. I'm charging him a small monthly rental which will be tax exempt under the rent-a-room scheme. My question is this - can I be considered his "landlady" and sign up as such to the Tenant Rental Exchange Initiative so that his rent payments are recorded on his credit report thereby improving his credit report for when he applies for a mortgage? Also, does anyone know how a landlord signs up to this scheme?
