This is for balances up to £1,500.

Yey 5% accounts are back

But it is just on £1500
And the rate is just for the first year
And not if you have had a Flex Direct before :'(
Nationwide is definitely not on my side!

An incentive to move your current account to another Provider.1882 said:No increase to the paltry 0.25% on offer after the 12 months.0 -
oh great - so the Nationwide flex account we have had for ages won't benefit. and what point of limiting interest to a balance of £1500 ? do people really move accounts for that?0

£75 ...?

I would take £75 in an instant access account if I qualified, which sadly I don't any longer. It's nearly £50 more I can get in other instant access accounts. For some, there's also the switch bonus to add.2

Would a transfer from another bank/building society account, which is then immediately withdrawn back to that account, meet the requirement for the minium £1000 monthly pay in?
