Lithium Ion Battery Warning - Fire Risk

Just wanted to update and let u know the company has made a payment that covers half the cost of a replacement sofa. I've never asked for compensation before, I probably won't again but it will make replacing the damaged sofa a bit easier. Decent companies with integrity do exist. Yes, I know it was probably cheaper to pay this than to 'lawyer up' but they didn't have to decide to make this offer even so.
It goes without saying, now I am aware of the risks, the kit, and individual batteries will be enclosed and kept seperate from anything else. I have also bought three fire proof bags made for lithium ion batteries or things using them so I can even charge the batteries without having to risk a fire if something goes wrong. This will never happen again.
