Your paragraph 2 essentially says you don't know who was driving.
Your paragraph 3 tells us all that you do know who was driving - the mother of a five month old son.
Para 3d - You mention PoFA 2018.
The first time you use initialisations, it is usual to spell it out in full with the shortened version in brackets for further use - just like you have for Particulars of Claim ('POC').
And it isn't 2018.
So those words become...
the 'keeper liability' requirements set out in Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 ('PoFA').
