Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. This promotion is open to residents of the UK only. Employees of Edrington UK distribution LTD, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 

3. Enter the prize draw by {scanning the QR promotional tag on pack or by visiting www.JimBeampromo.co.uk the entrant must enter their DOB to pass the 18+ age restriction. The entrant must then guess the song from a multiple-choice question correctly, and complete their full name, postal address, phone number and email address to be in with the chance to win. Max 1 entry per person per day. Only one prize can be awarded per household*}. For the avoidance of doubt, incorrect guesses of the song will not be eligible for the prize draw.  

4. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.  

5. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.  

6. No purchase necessary. Internet access required. 

7. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 on the 09/06/2022 and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 31/8/2022. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted. 

8. A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person/email/address/phone number per day and a maximum of one prize may be won per household. 

9. Prizes: *1x Jay-s Go Mini portable Bluetooth speaker (300 available) Muse concert tickets to any 2023 UK tour date and location of winner’s choice. The winners and their guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize including travel and accommodation, dates will be released here; Muse | Upcoming dates (4x tickets to be split into 2x pairs available for winner and one guest  aged 18+)**. Proof of ID may be required at the chosen venue. 302 prizes available in total.   

10. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion. If 2023 Muse tour is cancelled for any reason tickets will be offered for a future Muse tour date in 2024. The winners and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the Muse concert tickets prize.  

11. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on the 5/09/2022. The Muse ticket winners will be drawn first, followed by Bluetooth speaker winners. The winners will be notified by **email ** no later than 12/09/2022. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification via email to Competitions@golleyslater.co.uk. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if the prizes are not claimed within 7 days of first contact, a winner rejects their prize or a winner is ineligible, is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, a re-draw will take place and another winner will be selected. The process will repeat for Muse ticket winners until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. The process will repeat for three months for Bluetooth speaker winners after which all remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner. All prize winners will need to claim their prize by confirming via email or phone when contacted by Golley Slater. On confirmation and the completion of any verification process, Muse tickets prize winners will be contacted via email to select their preferred Muse show and location from the UK 2023 tour dates when released here; Muse | Upcoming dates Muse ticket winners will then be sent the tickets via the email address provided on entry and. Bluetooth speaker prizes will be sent by tracked courier service posted to the provided postal address collected in the initial competition entry form. 

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value. 

13. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. 

14. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prizes.  

15. The Promoter will make available a list of Muse ticket winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting [Competitions@golleyslater.co.uk]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by emailing [Competitions@golleyslater.co.uk].  

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. 

17. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of a prize.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery/fulfilment of their prize.  

18. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/ or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. 

20. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.  

21. Prizes are awarded at the promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.  

22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.  

23. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to the Data Controllers, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. It's the same question for me but it let me enter again, so it's possibly every 24 hours rather than every day IYSWIM.  Whether they'll change the records or not we'll just have to wait and see x
