3 Parking Fines from 3 Different Companies

Hello,
I have some how accumulated 3 parking fines from 3 different companies.
I have read the parking fine thread thoroughly but I'm having a stupid day and I cannot seem the find the right answer to appeal each of these.
One is from Parkingeye - This one was posted to me via a letter and from what I saw there were no pay to park machines or clear signage so assumed it was ok to stay and I can see on the letter they are part of the BPA. The date of notice is 16th of June 2022.
One is from Britannia Parking - Same as above posted via letter no pay to park machines or clear signage and also part of the BPA. The date of this notice is 16th June 2022.
One is from UKPC - UK Parking Control. This one was stuck to my windscreen and apparently I was parked in a disabled bay without showing badge etc. The Date of this notice is 27th of May 2022.
I had one a few years ago from Smart Parking Ltd who are also part of the BPA... I used the below response, Is this still a valid option?
"Re PCN number:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner."
Please can someone advise how exactly I should respond to each of these? Thank you!

No, just use the current template appeal.
That is, if PLAN A doesn't work first (you know what PLAN A is from the NEWBIES thread).
Not being critical. but with 3 PCNs you need to stop assuming and start taking a couple of minutes to read signs.
Or avoid private car parks altogether - why are you using them? Parking on street is far better and there is almost no PCN risk.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It states I should wait until day 25-26, is this still the case?
Thank you.0 -
It doesn't say to delay till day 25. Read which cases that relates to.
And why are you trying PLAN B before PLAN A which is the wrong way round and can ruin a cancellation request?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Because I am in the wrong I parked in places I shouldn't have so complaining to landowner will be useless...Coupon-mad said:It doesn't say to delay till day 25. Read which cases that relates to.

Ok.
So do you know how to avoid that and where you can park, PCN free, on street? No-one is telling you to pay these but it's hard to understand why any driver would choose a private car park, at all.
You don't need a car park to park a car legitimately. I never seek out car parks!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I can't park too far from where I need to go but as the forum states these are all scams so f*** them.Coupon-mad said:Ok.

So just to clarify I should send the blue template?0 -
I called one and they cancelled the fine, other one denied it and the third there is no way to contact the owner of the landCoupon-mad said:No, just use the current template appeal.

I can't park too far from where I need to go.Right. I always do a 'virtual tour' drive around online, using Google Streetview before going places. Easy to find a nearby street where you can safely park. Or go for Council car parks, as they don't use ANPR nor rip people off.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

One came back the other day with a CCJ court form… what do I do? Says I agreed to pay the balance when I did not!Coupon-mad said:I can't park too far from where I need to go.Right. No it doesn't.Joe98 said:
Says I agreed to pay the balance when I did not!The allegation is that by parking the driver agreed to the terms of the contract. Those contract terms are the terms on the signs.Almost certainly there is a term on the signs stating something like "if the driver doesn't park in accordance with the rules then he agrees to pay £nn within 28 days...".1
