Interior bulb confusion

Hi
I need three interior 8w bulbs for my 2011 Hyundai i30 Comfort but they’re proving difficult to find.
I think they’re Festoon 269, 30mm in length.
My local car shop has them in 5w and Halfords have a 269 bulb but no info on wattage.

When I put in my reg no., says not suitable for this car.
Not sure why all three have blown but they did over a period of time.
Any help appreciated.

If you google 8w festoon amazon and eBay have them, but they are expensive.

I'd try a standard 5w one from the shop and see what happens, the fancy dimming might not work when it switches off, but that is hardly a major loss.

I’ve tried the boot light bulb which is 5w in the mid and front lights and the dimming function works.
The 5w bulbs are identical size to the 8w which added to the confusion.
Maybe more light is required at the front.
Anyway, I’ll get three of the 5w bulbs from the car shop.
