  • I received this letter. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_E50IRYNNaWQyxi1BamuzGrchqOBKcR0/view?usp=sharing

Grateful if anyone can help me with these questions:

frpadvisory.com looks like a legit company, and they are not (yet) asking for money. However, I am very cautious of being scammed for more money. How can I double check that they are legitimate?

The letter asks whether I "would be willing to release [my] UN1 charge to allow a sale to complete with a clear title." What are the implications if I am willing?

    Thanks to any replies.

My quick research makes them look like a legit company, looks like they handled Debenhams administration.

It looks like your money is very much in jeopardy so personally at this point I would be seeking legal advice, it looks like you have some form of registered title that they want you to release.

You will then be on a list of creditors, you need to understand how high up that list you are !. As soon as you release the title I suspect your bargaining power goes away...
