Some time ago (maybe two months) someone posted a video of a drive through taken from a dashcam.  I do not have log-in permission for Pepipoo but @Coupon-mad, you might have retained yours and be able to find it.
Also on Pepipoo are two (at least) ex-MSEers Redx and nosferatu1001 maybe they can help if you are still in contact with them.
@Umkomaas do you recall which pepipoo thread?  The video will help with a complaint I'm doing.

    This?

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=143923&hl=Heathrow+drive+through

Despite being a well experienced and confident driver, having driven all over the world (including on the l/h side, and the wrong side!), I find nothing more stressful than driving into an airport, and that's without a parasite looking to pounce opportunistically.

There is absolutely no prospect whatsoever of anyone, with a brain smaller in size than the moon, being able to read, assimilate the contents of all the signage hitting them, and drive safely, not a prayer. But, in their interest of self enrichment, PPCs argue contractual obligation!  Airports in particular need a grip applying to them. Far too much motorist abuse from the likes of VCS, APCOA and NCP.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks @Umkomaas, I'd missed that thread.

I've collated several dozen threads from here and pepipoo because this is beyond a joke. I have used the evidence not just to complain to the BPA, but as evidence to the Govt to say the new proposed Code is flawed, in that it says there is zero consideration period in short stay areas.

That cannot stay in the Code. EVERY scenario in parking contracts requires a consideration period.  And a period of parking!

    This farce is the result.

NCP at Gatwick too - but IMHO not as bad signage.  I think we've seen at least fifty times more threads about Heathrow than any other location this year.

Something is badly wrong with the signs at Heathrow drop off AND in any case, parking charges can't be issued for moving traffic, like a toll road.  That might be OK if these were byelaws penalties; they could probably do what they like re setting up a toll road structure under Airport byelaws, but NOT as contractual 'parking' charges.  Obvs!

@bargepole already has a complaint in with the BPA about NCP at Gatwick but APCOA at Heathrow is one of the biggest unfair ticketing rip-off regimes that I've seen since Armtrac started their negligent/deliberate 'flimsy fluttering ticket' game.
