Eon mess. Help needed

Good morning,

I’m hoping someone can help.

I've had a closed account with Eon for years now and been on a repayment plan but sadly given rising costs, I’ve had to cancel it until I sort finances out and set it up again. However, during that period, it seems Eon don’t actually exist and they are now Eon Next. Bear in mind I haven’t been with Eon for years and currently with Ovo Energy. 

I have reached out through numerous channels - Social Media, phone calls, emails, letters, Resolver complaints - TO NO AVAIL. Any phone number directs me to Eon Next - which is no use to me as I am not an Eon Next customer. Eon next confirm they cannot help me.

My mental health has took an absolutely battering due to this and not much more I can take.

I am still being harassed daily by Eon via SMS, but no one is replying to me and I cannot get through to anyone who can help.

Please help and I’m going in circles.
