VodafoneMobileWifi R216-Z cannot connect O2 4G anymore
Hi, I wonder if anyone had a similar issue before like me.
I was using vadafoneMobileWifi devise R216-Z to
connect O2 Sim, able to connect 4G connection with no issue, it has been at
least 2+years.
My sim card is VirginMedia but I notice the
network is O2 (from the device and also I put the sim in the phone it shows an
O2 connection).
But since the end of May22, I
notice I am not able to connect 4G using that device. If I change the network
to 3G I can connect it as usual.
If I use a 4G connection and click 'connect' it
tries to connect for 1-2sec and disconnected.
I called VirginMedia, they send me another Sim but
the same issue. I use that Sim on my phone and it shows a 4G connection with no
issue.
The question is, how can I get the
VodafoneMobileWifi devise to work on O2 4G again?
If anyone has any tips or workaround it will be
very much appreciated
