**Resolved - original post below. I spoke to a helpful lady on 0344 493 0787 and then option 1 followed by option 2 who sorted it out**
Hello all,
I'm having an absolute nightmare getting in touch with British Airways Holidays.
When booking a trip the website hung at checkout, I waited a while and when nothing had gone through I re-placed the booking.
I'm sure you can imagine the rest - I now have 2 identical bookings!
I need to get in touch with them, but all channels seem completely unavailable - the main BA Holidays number just cuts you off saying no one is available, they don't reply to emails, live chat or Twitter messages and I can't find anyone to help.
Does anyone have a different number to try, or a contact where I'll be able to speak to someone?
I've been trying for 3 weeks, and just can't speak to a human being.
Cheers all

I think it is time to talk with your card issuer. I am confident that if one of the payments is charged back then someone will be in touch to find out why.

Thankfully I did manage to get through with lots of perseverance and working my way through the telephone menu - if it helps anyone else I used 0344 493 0787 and then option 1 followed by option 2.
Technically a sales number, but the staff I spoke to were excellent and refunded one of the bookings.2
