Predicament Re Windows

I've been getting quotes for windows and narrowed quotes to a couple. I then found a website that does trade windows that are exactly the same as one of the 2 quotes. When I type in the sizes and designs that I want and add £1k for fitting of 7 windows (2 large 2500 x 1250), a medium and 4 small, the price is £1200 less than what I'm being quoted for the same windows by a window fitting company (supply and fit).
Is it £1200 more expensive because I've asked for wooden cills and internal surrounds? Should I haggle the price down as I've not done that yet?

Where did you get the figure of £1000 for fitting? Would whoever fits them for £1000 get a FENSA certificate or building control approval?
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

I guestimated. How much should it be for fitting? Both said it would take 2 days. We're in Scotland so don't need building control approval (I called them) as long as it's like for like. Don't think we need Fensa fitters up here - there seems to be only 3 Fensa people in the whole of Scotland.

FENSA only very recently started operating in Scotland ~1 year ago. It's a voluntary scheme here.

With separate supplier & fitter there is always the chance for problems of taking responsibility for warranty issues.

Who is disposing of the old windows? That is an additional cost.
