Skyparksecure Airport Parking - not honoured our cancellation refund

Hi
Has anyone else booked airport parking recently with Skyparksecure and tried to cancel their booking? Was your cancellation request successful and if so in what timescale? When we booked their website clearly stated that there was a cancellation policy, if cancelled prior to the parking date. We are more than a month away from our booked parking date. Have requested cancellation and our emails are now being ignored and no refund has been made. Have asked to raise a complaint but all emails just ignored. I would caution anyone booking with Skyparksecure that if you need to rely on its cancellation policy you may encounter difficulties or have your emails ignored. We are now asking our credit card company to intervene. Extremely poor service.

Don't contact them again. Wait a couple of weeks, if you don't hear anything call your bank about a chargeback.0
