Hmm, so there is a problem that is worrying because I have never ran out of credit since getting the £140 WHD and the only time I had to switch it into £10 emergency credit was when I got back home last week and found the electricity had turned off then again a few days ago when I had to put it back on emergency credit which baffled me becasue everything was turned off at the mains.
The £14.41 makes sense because that would have been the £10 emergency credit plus the standing charges from the day the meter first ran out so that sounds about right.
Do you happen to recall how much of the £10 emergency credit was left on the meter when you went away for the week?

There was actually £10 emergency credit left on the meter when I left which is why I am baffled how I managed to use £10 in a week and get in debt of £14.41 when everything was switched off from the mains when I left.

The debt is not a mystery, as I said, that is just the standing charge and the repayment of the emergency credit, what happened to the £10 emergency credit is a concern.
Did you literally walk in, activate the emergency credit, turn everything off and then walk out and not return for a week?
... and everything off? .. no fridge/freezer or water heating for example?

Yes, I walked in and there was no electricity so I put it on the £10 emergency credit and went away to come back a week later to no electricity again so I had to go to the shop and pay £15 on my PAYG key to get the electricity back on.

When I left the house 3 days ago the balance was sitting at £10.08. However, I visited my flat today and the emergency credit balance is now sitting at £6.64 and everything was switched off with the exception of the gas boiler. I then left making sure everything was switched off by switching every switch off at the mains which is beside the meter. I am going back to my flat tomorrow to see what the balance is.

So if you have gas and electricity the standing charge could be 70-80p per day.

You might want to check if you are heating your hot water with your gas on a schedule even when not there?

The standing charge would be deducted from each meter, not both from the electricity meter.

Thanks @pochase and that's @QrizB for hammering it home.

Very true however the statement was factual I didn't say on the one meter was just a statement of fact for the OP to realise should the other meter also need topping up everything they leave.

Actually the gas boiler is out of credit for a couple of weeks now so I am not getting any hot water until I pay the credit needed. However, even though I am not getting hot water the electric is still needed to operate the boiler.
