Thank you really useful.
I will go back to the original PCN and make the defence clearer, but going too much into the details and collating all the evidence would probably mean involving my landlord and his arrangement / agreement with the landowner, so I am quite reluctant to go down that route.
Sorry if I have missed it but is there any information on submitting a Subject Access Request on the forum? My partner will be submitting this to gain access to the data they have collected and we hope this might shed some light on why they re-issued the PCN for the identical overstay.
