George asda return problem

Hi, wondering if anyone can help, I recently ordered some clothing from George at Asda online, I received my order almost 2 weeks ago and I need to return some of the items, the website states you need to log into your account to arrange a return, I assume so you can fill in a reason for return form and to obtain a returns label, however on accessing my account the status of my order is still showing as on the way despite the delivery date been and gone so there is no option for me to arrange a return, I can't find anything relavent in the help section, there is no online chat or email address just a telephone number that probably costs a fortune to call, why can't companies just put their return forms and labels in the parcels like they used to 😡

    I think it’s great that they don’t put them in parcels like they used to, it’s a total waste of paper. Why not call them free on
