Plumber advice wanted
Hello All.
I had a plumber visit my home yesterday as I had a problem with the boiler. He changed the PRV (Pressure relief valve ) at £200 (here 30mins max) and went. last night I fired up the heating to see if everything works again (too hot in the day to check) and we noticed the pilot light was out and the same issue of water draining out of the waste pipe was viable. We now have no hot water (was working fine before) I haven't paid the bill yet, should they be coming back to fix this or should I be expected to pay for more repairs and diagnosis
any help or advice is most welcomed

I would expect them to come back and sort it.
From the sound of it, they haven't fixed the original problem of water draining out of the waste pipe and have left your system in a worse state than before they started.
If it was me, I would call them to say you are not happy and that you will not pay the bill until they return to rectify the work done. Advise them that they should not do any further repairs without 1st advising what the fault/s are and what the cost will be to put right.1 -
Thank you
