Recommended by Martin's Money Tips, did not get the Gift Card

I purchased two Talkmobile Accounts on the recommendation on my weekly email from Martin's Money Tips back in February 2022. I made separate accounts for both and I followed all the rules to get a £30 Amazon Gift Card for each account. After purchasing these 2 accounts with different emails because they were for two different people, I received an email from noreply@giftcloud.com saying if I have not received the Gift Card after 120 days to send them an email. The 120 days have passed and we still don't have either Amazon Gift Card. Their initial email said to contact hello@giftcloud.com which we have done today. However, their email doesn't work as I just received this back. The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:  'hello@giftcloud.com.' on 17/06/2022 09:27

This is the first time I have purchased something from reading the Martins Money Tips email which I get every week. I am dissapointed that this did not work and now I do not know what to do to be able to get the Gift Cards. Now today I have Googled Giftcloud and there are hundreds of complaints about the same thing, so I am surprised that Martins Money Tips put this in their email. Any advice will be gratefully received, thanks.

    I assume this is the 10GB Sim that was on offer at the time?



    I just want to make sure you've emailed the right Giftcloud email as it looks like from your copy and paste above that there's a full stop at the end of the email, if this was added in the email you sent, it may cause it to bounce back:

    If you don't think that's the case, it might be best to email both account details (Talkmobile phone numbers and names on the accounts) to !!!!!!
