· The promoter of this competition is Irish Ferries, whose registered office is at Irish Ferries Terminal Road South, Ferryport, Dublin 1 Eircode D01 W2F5, Ireland.

· The competition is open to all residents of mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and non-mainland Scotland).

· The winner’s contact details will be shared with Irish Ferries so the company can coordinate delivery of the prize.

· There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

· Prize description: Trip for a family of four to France with Irish Ferries, including a family pass to Parc Asterix (2 adults and 2 children), subject to availability and terms & conditions.

· Prize valid for one winner.

· Prize value - £500.

· Theme park pass is valid for 2 adults and 2 children (up to 11 years old). Terms & conditions as designated by Parc Asterix apply.

· Once the winner has been notified, Irish Ferries will arrange the winner’s trip via email / phone.

· The voucher must be used to travel by 30 November 2022.

· No refunds, exchanges or returns. No cash value.

· Employees or families of Irish Ferries or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be eligible to enter the competition.

· The winner will be drawn at random by Country Living.

· The winner will be informed by Country Living via email/phone within 7 days of competition closing.

· The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

· If the winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of being notified of winning, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Country Living shall be entitled to select another winner.

· No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and Irish Ferries reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
