FOMO – Competition Ts & Cs

1. The promoter of the contest is FOMO Mortgages.

FOMO Mortgages is a trading style of Maxim Financial Solutions Ltd which is an Appointed Representative of PRIMIS Mortgage Network. PRIMIS Mortgage Network is a trading style of Personal Touch Financial Services Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The guidance contained within this website is subject to the UK regulatory regime and is therefore primarily targeted at consumers based in the UK.

2. Employees of FOMO Mortgages or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. The approximate prize value is £2000.

5. Contest begins on Wednesday the 8th of June 2022 and ends on Wednesday the 6th of July 2022. After this date, there are no further entries permitted to the competition. The promoter reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. Contestants must have subscribed to the FOMO Mortgages newsletter to have a valid entry. Contestants can increase their chances of winning by completing various actions e.g. following FOMO on Instagram, and Facebook. Each action scores 1 point. For example, a follow on Instagram = 1 point. These will be sent via follow up emails after they have entered the competition.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen based on the number of points they receive. Therefore, the more points/entries earned per participant the higher chance of winning.

12. The participants with the highest number of points will be collated and chosen at random using an online randomiser.

13. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or cancel the prize.

14. Cheating for entries in any way (referring yourself using different emails or similar tactics) will disqualify you from winning the contest.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by United Kingdom law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current United Kingdom data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. The winner’s name will be available within 28 days after closing date by sending an email to us.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

24. Direct flights are not guaranteed to your selected destination, and in-direct flights may be

25. Flight tickets are valid from London airports only. (Other airports are subject to availability

and can be requested within the max commercial value of the package).

26. The max commercial value of the package is £2,000.

27. lastminute.com will always offer the best available option, but alternative travel dates may be discussed.

28. Check-in luggage may not be included in your flight ticket, as per the individual ticket fare

rules, which will be made available to you at the time of booking.

29. Breakfast is included.

30. Should you wish to travel with additional passengers, a supplement to cover the additional cost can be paid by credit card.

31. The booking should be done at least 45 days in advance.

32. Travel should be completed by 20/06/2023 and travel is excluded during any public and

school holidays.

33. The voucher is valid for one booking only. Once it has been used, it won’t be possible to use it again or receive any leftover credit.

34. The voucher cannot be sold, combined with other discounts, promotions or cashback

35. The voucher is not refundable, it cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

Be careful with this one, I didn't realise until after I'd entered but they have sent me a text message... hopefully not the start of spam messages from them
