British Airways Customer Service

Are there any BA customer service people active on this forum?

I am asking because I am at the end of my tethers with them and don't know where else to turn. I have tried calling (no one picks up) and emailed lots of times but they haven't sorted out my issue.

Can anyone suggest a way I can have my problem heard and sorted other than going through their website because I have done this with no result.

Thanks

Unlikely - they're more likely to hang out on FlyerTalk Forums

If you outline your issue here you may get some feedback on whether/when you may receive a response/resolution

What part of BA are you trying to call? Spoken to them 3 times today and each time got through within 10 minutes

Thanks. Just the customer service. Basically my email address has changed and I keep getting errors. I can't change it online either.
Which number did you use please?

0800 123 1111... occasionally they get a bit shirty if you aren't Gold but worst case normally is they transfer you to the standard line but most the time they dont bother checking (or at least dont say anything about it - haven't ever made Gold myself but prefer waiting on a freephone number

Either start calling 10 mins before the line is due to open - they do sometimes pick up early. Or else use one of the non-UK numbers, as they don't seem to have such huge queue issues!

Thanks everyone. I got through, despite taking all my details and promising to sort it out, nothing has been done.

Seriously, they are the most incompetent customer service I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. You could train a monkey to do better.
